Grind now, Shine later!
Monday's are for fitness! I'm off on Monday's so I dedicate my day to not only working out but also cleaning & catching up on my shows. I have a gym membership to WORLD GYM but never use it. The closest gym to me is 15 minutes away, so instead of spending majority of my morning in traveling... I just work out at home.
I prefer to work out at home instead of the gym because there are no "wondering eyes". The downfall is Me & Brandon have a lot of work out equipment except for all the booty/ab machines that I like to use. I found ways to work out specific areas of my body (like the machines) in different ways with using what I already have at home (ball, weights, etc.) I found that YouTube is my best friend when it comes to finding great work out videos. If I'm not using the weight machine to do squats, I'm posted up in my living room watching YouTube videos on my AppleTV. I never work the same area two days in a row... I'm always switching it up. Today was AB DAY so I pulled up one of my favorite channels for work out's and did this 15 minute intense ab work out! This work out is great because it triggers every area of your ab's (upper, lower, obliques)
Tomorrow I will not work out my ab's because they need a day to rest & heal. I would work out another area like my booty :) I have a busy work schedule so I try to work out as much as I can during the week. I usually try to do at least 3 times a week, focusing on different areas each day! I want to look the best I ever had this summer, so thinking about looking great in my new bikini's I ordered is helping me to stay motivated!

Tape Extensions: All you need to know...
I decided to make this post telling you all details about the damage-free tape extensions that I do. I've been getting more questions recently, so I decided to further educate you on what they exactly are.

Family Vacation: Aruba
Just went on my family vacation with My parents & brother to Aruba. It was freakin GORG! It was our first time there and I had an amazing time! I highly recommend to everyone to visit there for a vacation or special occasion!
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort in Aruba (where Natalee Halloway stayed) It was a little weird because I did recognize the hotel from watching to LifeTime movie about Natalee. Besides all of that, it was a beautiful resort.

These guys were just walking around. They were like the resorts 'pets'. They waited for people to feed them lettuce.
'The BIG Mable' the almost deadly Tube experience! Our driver was lunatic and flipped us so hard my body skipped across the water like a rock and we all got a delicious mouthful of salt water, yuck! We lasted a whole 4 minutes, HAHA!
We rented a Jeep for the day & explored the whole Island. We seen a lot of cool shiz.
My fav time of the trip was when we went on the Jolly Pirate Ship. We snorkeled, Went on the rope swings off the ship, ate some pretty bangin food, Drank 'Pirates Potion' all day & got pranked by the staff. IT WAS A BLAST!
These were the pranksters aka the ship guys. They were so much fun!
I was really sad to have to leave Aruba. I wish the beach was my backyard. At some point in my life, I plan to go back to Aruba because I enjoyed it THAT much :)

I've found the cure...
Finally after trying just about EVERYTHING under the sun.. I found the cure to my acne. I've been going to the dermatologist for the past few months getting the light treatments for the acne that I can't seem to get rid of around my chin area. The treatments seemed to help for the first few days after, then back came the acne. My doctor wanted me to also use a topical cream/gel along with the treatments. I've tried just about every topical like Atralin, Retin-A, etc. None helped me skin clear up. About a month ago my doctor gave me a new cream to try called ACZONE. This is the most amazing acne cream I've ever used in my life! It said to give it up to 12 weeks to see results, but mt acne is already gone! I couldn't believe after all the time, money, embarrassing acne.. I've finally got something that works!

Haters: Please go home.
This world is tragic. I mean seriously, is it possible for anyone to be happy for someone these days? I can answer my own question, NOPE. Too many people sippin on that Haterade.
This subject has been bothering me for awhile now and even more recently. Before you go ahead and assume I'm just talking about myself having all these haters, I'M NOT by any means. I've been watching closely at others situations and all the hatin that's been going on. Its rather ridiculous if you ask me. I just can't seem to grasp at the fact people can be so jealous when someone does something good in their life. This is a serious case of STOP THE HATE. If someone gets something nice for them self that they worked hard for, why hate on them? Congratulate them for their hard work and move on. No need to "one up" them or get all pissy.
The "One-Upper"- I seriously cannot fathom this kind of person. YOU ARE SERIOUSLY IRRITATING. Any one that tries to "one up" someone close to them.. or anyone for that matter, you need to lay off that drank (haterade). For example: Your best friend gets a new job making twice the amount of money you do, Be happy for them, don't bash their new job, give negative feedback or get pissy. You should be so excited for your friend! I mean shit, go out and celebrate, have a drink (not haterade), make your new high-roller friend pay for the drink if you feel the need, JUST DON'T HATE! In this scenario a "one-upper" cannot do so. They will try a way to twist this great news into "Well I actually found out I'm getting a raise" NO. SHUT UP. you are no where near getting a raise. Stop trying to steal your friends light & just come to the fact that your friend is going to make more money than you & move the fuck on.
Another scenario with the "one upper" that I see on a regular basis: Your friend gets this really cute & expensive outfit that she has been ranting & raving over for weeks now! She worked hard for this outfit and finally gave in and just purchased it. Here comes JAWS *dun dun, dun dun, dun dun dun*, I mean "the one-upper" goes out and buys a similar or even a better outfit. WHY? what's so fucking important about your new "one up'ed" outfit that you HAD to get to try & stand in your friends light? I'm sure that outfit wasn't even your style or taste in clothing... but "The one-upper" does not care. As long as their outfit is better, or more expensive.. They get off on that shit. Sorry sweetie, your exciting fab & new outfit just got ONE-UP'ED. Isn't that completely ridiculous? Go fucking drown yourself Jaws.
In all do respect people... Just be happy for one another!! This will never happen because clearly they had a giant leak in the Haterade factory and the juice spread like the disease in Contagion all over the world. It's in your faucets and hell... it's even in your ice cube machines. STOP DRINKING THE HATERADE.
There's no need for this petty shit. All the hatin, swackin (swagger jackin) and just plain jealous has got to go. Stop living in the fury of someone else's accomplishments and do your own damn thing. Live your lives and be yourself. Don't die a copy bitches, because you were born an original. let's keep it that way :)
